This French sparkling rosé brut is a pale pink color with fine and abundant bubbles. It is fresh and fruity on the nose with aromas of ripe red berries. The balance of bubbly freshness and fruit, underscored by a well-adjusted dosage, makes this sparkling wine very appealing and seductive on the palate. Enjoy with a shrimp salad with paprika, perch or pike roast gravy. This wine is perfect with a crumble or a dessert with red berries or strawberries.

The brut is a beautiful pale gold in color with delicate bubbles and a bouquet of fresh pear and apple. It has a clean attack, with the small bubbles offering a refreshing zing to the mouthfeel. Devi Blanc de Blancs brut champagne is very pleasant to the taste thanks to a well-balanced dosage. This bubbly will pair well with most light aperitifs or white meat, but goes exceptionally well with fish and seafood.
