Made In is the first to bring this legacy plateware to home cooks. Most plateware is mechanically top glazed, leaving an unfinished “foot” that causes scratching when stacked. We suspend each piece on pins and fully glaze top and bottom for 360° scratch- and chip-resistance. The glazing also makes it oven safe to 580F, so delicate sauces won’t break due to the temperature shock of a cold plate.
