About the Brand - Bala
At Bala, the belief is that form and function should coexist, and that fashion and fitness are intertwined. The idea is that design alone can inspire movement. The mission is to make working out effortless and to empower everyone to move through creativity and self-expression.

Bala was initiated on a napkin in 2018, where ideas were sketched for what would eventually become Bala Bangles. Like many, the founders had grown weary of an ultra-serious, exclusionary fitness industry—a landscape dominated by similar brands following the same playbook. This industry was defined by unrealistic expectations and the disappointment of falling short.
