Rely on the briquette heating guide on the bottom side of the venting lid to master every roast and cobbler, both indoors and out. With meticulous artistry and craftsmanship, each piece is pre-seasoned with natural, in-season organic oils. And by adding a greater portion of steel than other cast iron makers, each piece is better tempered to handle rapid temperature change and is 15% lighter than similar cast iron, offering smoother handling and more agile cooking experience. The lid is designed for both perfect steaming and venting, and the wide foot makes it easy indoor, outdoor, and grill use. Rounded bottom for ease in scooping and scraping.
