In general, we receive and collect all information you provide via the Service, telephone, email or in any other way. In a few areas on our Service, we ask you to provide personal data that will enable us to enhance your use of the Service or for purposes such as facilitating correspondence with you, registering your entitlement to access certain special features of the Service or to complete certain transactions. How we use Personal Data
We use the information we collect to administer your account. We process your personal data with your consent, as needed to provide you the Service or our other products and services or as specified in this Privacy Policy. We disclose personal information in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this policy:

● Personal information is disclosed between and among Loop & Tie and our current and future parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership.

We also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We may disclose your personal data with our partners, contractors, agents, third party vendors and other service providers for the purpose of performing services or providing products on our behalf. All such parties who have access to your personal data are required to keep the data confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for us or as otherwise required by law. In addition, information collected about you may be shared with other third parties as expressly stated on the page on which you provided such information. We engage others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements across the web and in mobile apps. Data Subject Requests
To the extent provided by the law of your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: (1) know more about and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you and to receive your data in a portable format, (2) delete your personal information, (3) correct inaccurate personal information, and (4) object to, or request that we restrict, certain processing. California residents can exercise the above rights themselves, or designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. We will verify your request by asking you to provide information sufficient to confirm your identity, such as your name, email address, and information about your interactions with us. International Transfers
We operate in the United States and internationally. We “sell” Personal Information for advertising and marketing purposes.

Notice of Financial Incentive
We offer product incentives to prospective and current Loop & Tie users. Consumers may sign up in order to receive product incentives. As such, under the CCPA, our product incentives may be considered financial incentives provided in exchange for the collection and retention of personal information.
We offer these product incentives to enhance our relationship with you. There is no obligation to opt-in and consumers may opt-out at any time. The details of each program are contained in each such program offering.
The consumer data received in exchange for your participation is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, whether and to what extent you take advantage of any offerings and whether and to what extent you opt out of any offerings but is roughly equivalent to the value of the product offered.
Sensitive Personal Information
We obtain consent to collect information that is considered “sensitive personal information” where consent is required. If we notify you that we collect sensitive personal information, that means that we collect sensitive personal information within the meaning of the law of that particular state.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers who are under the age of 16.

Third-Party Sites
Please be aware that other web sites that may be accessed through our Service may collect personally identifiable information about you. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Service and does not cover the information practices of those third-party web sites linked to our Service. The privacy policies located on such third party web sites shall apply and we do not control such policies or the privacy practices of third parties.
We use a third party payment processor, Stripe, to process payments made to us. Stripe’s use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, which may be viewed at https://stripe.com/privacy.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended to be used by users under the age or 18. Those under 18, may still receive gifts through the Service. Any user who provides their information through the Service represents that he or she is 18 years of age or older.

This is our entire and exclusive Privacy Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. We may change this Privacy Policy by posting a new version of this Privacy Policy, or by other methods, such as sending you a notification through the Service.
